We have all experienced automatic doors at least once in our lives. When we enter shopping malls or hotels or large organizations, the automatic door senses human movement and the door opens automatically. They use motion and detection sensors to detect motion. They are especially useful to maintain the area inside air-cooled by preventing the heat from coming inside all the time. Also, nobody has to keep an eye on closing the doors again and again as the automatic doors shut when nobody’s around. Furthermore, they save energy, help to maintain hygiene since nobody has to touch the doors, convenient to the users, and good for security reasons too.
